Maintenance Contracts

Preventative maintenance is more cost effective than repair as it prevents small problems becoming more serious and expensive. Having your FASSI crane regularly serviced ensures maximum operational reliability and longevity. By choosing a Preventative Maintenance programme, you are ensuring that your investment is being looked after by a FASSI trained engineer, thus reducing the risk of down time and repairs. As well as the peace of mind that maintenance gives, we are also offering 10% off additional parts and labour on any crane that is covered by our Maintenance Contract, once again, ensuring that our customers are always put first.

Our Maintenance contracts are tailor made to each individual customer, so you can be sure that you get exactly what you want.

Load Testing

Currently, the law states that all lifting equipment requires thorough examination and testing at least once every twelve month period by a trained and competent person. All our load tests comply with the HSE guidelines & BS7121.

Our Engineers were among the first in the UK to attend ALLMI accredited training courses, designed to raise the standard of testing throughout the country.

The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) recommend a 25% overload test be carried out:

- Before first use of the crane
- After major repairs
- Every four years thereafter
- Whenever the loader is fitted to another chassis

Here at the Crane Centre, we carry out full load tests (including 25% overload at no extra cost) at twelve month intervals to ensure that all our customers are in-line with current legislation.

Please Contact Us to book your load test
