Allens (Stourbridge) Transport have recently taken delivery of their latest Fassi Crane, an F820RA.2.26 xHe-Dynamic fitted to a Scania G450 8×2 Rigid supplied by Keltruck of West Brom.

After initial specifications were chosen, We worked closely with Allens (Stourbridge) Transport & Keltruck Ltd to ensure the completed vehicle achieved the highest payload while maintaining maximum stability in all operations.

Featuring front legs for increased lifting performance over the front of the truck, the crane is capable of lifting 3,970kg @ 16.15m and a massive 16,400kg @ 4.35m.

The Stabiliser Monitoring System is Fassi’s innovative FSC-SII and introduces a more sophisticated safety management system, carrying out double stabilisation checks on the outriggers & tilt monitoring, allowing increased lifting performances based on real-time information supplied to the crane on the exact environment the crane is working in.

The body was also designed and constructed by ourselves to Allens’ exact specification with a Site Cabin Push Out, Twist Locks, Ladder Storage, Extending Warning Triangles, LED Strobe Lights & Beacon Bar & VBG coupling.

Allens (Stourbridge) Transport are a family run company based in the West Midlands and have been established for over 30 years, this latest investment joins the ever growing fleet and will be covering the whole of the UK.

A really nice touch on this build is the decal on the visor of the cab, in memory of the family’s beloved and gorgeous Labrador, Shadow who sadly passed away recently. Visitors To Allens (Stourbridge) Transport would always get a warm welcome from Shadow as they entered the office as he was there every day!!
